Flood of Fate

Time just seems to deteriorate
Like the bliss within my core
Of tranquility and contentment
Each day after each damn day
As clouds grow heavy and gray
Each drop impales the ground
Like a devastating missile
Drop by drop, puddle by puddle
Consuming the eternal ground
Like a global flood

Not one desperate dove will perch
Upon my branch of death
For it shall drown in the flood
As I cannot protect it from harm
But, I, soon to die, would like company
For I shall drown in my fate
It is ironic, this malicious torture
For I consume what is soon to consume
My ages of forged life
Leaf by leaf, branch by branch
Bark by bark, ring by ring
Like a point-blank bullet
Fired without temptation
Killing another victim

Time just seems to deteriorate
Like the bliss within my core
Of tranquility and contentment
Each day after each damn day
As clouds grow heavy and gray
Each drop impales the ground
Like a devastating missile
Drop by drop, puddle by puddle
Consuming the eternal ground
Like a global flood

hehe sorry kung malalim metaphoric poem kasi ito.salamat sa suhestyon ninyo mga bro.

galing ni miss leah natumpok po life and death nga po :)

ito po yung metaphoric meaning ng poem.

1) The tree is the "character" of
the poem, the person.
2) The flood, in the beginning, is
the person crying because he
knows he is going to die by his
own hands.
3) The dove is his ability to
remain alive; of course you can
tell he won't live 'cause the dove
will not be by his side anymore.
4) The flood, in the end, is his
blood; he died by his own hands.
5) It is ironic 'cause he is a
murderer.

Salamat sa pag bisita keep reading :)
